There are no returns, comfort guarantees or size exchanges on out of state deliveries or closeouts. All sales are final.

Adjustable Beds & Bed Frames

There are no comfort guarantees or size exchanges on adjustable beds and bed frames. All sales are final.

Accessories

Any accessory including, but not limited to, sheets, pillows, mattress and pillow protectors, futon covers and futon pillows are nonreturnable and nonrefundable.

Special Orders

Best Mattress will be happy to special order products for you. All special orders require a full payment before ordering. There are no cancellations or comfort guarantees on special orders. All deposits placed on special order items are nontransferable and nonrefundable.

Closeout Items

There are no comfort guarantees or size exchanges on any closeout and clearance items. All sales are final.

Stained Mattresses

Any staining or soiling of a mattress will void any warranty or comfort guarantee. The purchase and use of a mattress protector is highly recommended.

30 Day Comfort Guarantee

Best Mattress will gladly exchange your mattress set within our local delivery area only. No refunds will be issued. 

We will gladly exchange your mattress for one of equal value or as a credit against a mattress set of greater value only. This comfort guarantee is a onetime exchange; valid for 30 days, does not apply to the exchanged bed and requires a 15-30 day minimum break in period. A copy of the sales receipt must be provided for any comfort guarantee exchange

There are no exchanges on Daybeds, Bunk Beds, Headboards, Futons, Futon Covers, Adjustable Bases, Sheets, Pillows, Mattress Protectors or Pillow Protectors. Floor Models and Closeouts do not qualify for a comfort exchange. Redelivery for a comfort exchange is additional.
